Background:
A year and a half ago, Jasmine and her team at Jasmine’s Playadiem embarked on a bold experiment: a pilot coaching program tailored for four senior members of a manufacturing conglomerate, (let’s call them, Organization X) stuck in the rut of traditional problem – solving.
