The core of the Playadiem is #SeriousPlay™; Jasmine’s Playadiem is a transformation playground where we engage, include and transform both the inside and the outside worlds! As each person evolves, this successfully fuels the business transformation through #SeriousPlay™.

As the symbol of adaptability and transformation, the Dragonfly beautifully captures the very heart of Jasmine’s Playadiem. Across cultures, dragonflies spell prosperity, good fortune and change. Also, it symbolises mental and emotional maturity and understanding the deeper meaning of life.

Native American mythology suggests, dragonflies were originally dragons that shapeshifted, the Chinese also agree. As powerful as they sound, what better symbol than a dragonfly to lead the dragons of the boardroom. This transformation happens through our #SeriousPlay™, like how a dragonfly moults several times throughout its life. Our dragons take on new avatars, beginning a new chapter of change every time they visit our powerful playground.

Jasmine’s Playadiem is where the dragons of the boardroom find newer meanings in their lives through #SeriousPlay™.

About Jasmine Suri

I have been in the training and coaching space for over a decade and a half. In this journey, I have found myself transforming and moulting like a dragonfly through my experiences. Exploring the unexplored version of myself has helped me to embark on a journey to embrace the new version of myself.

One powerful tool that aided this journey of transformation is the powerful modality of #SeriousPlay™.

#SeriousPlay™ helps us to feel our fears, uncertainties and doubts. It invites us to engage with our own stories.

I’m here to make a difference in the lives of my participants who engage with Jasmine’s Playadiem. I am here to take you on a journey of finding your powerful true self, by holding myself and my journey as a mirror. I am inviting you all to engage in the powerful coaching moments, using different modalities of #SeriousPlay™.

Precy Fernandes

Operations Head

With over a decade in the training and development industry, Precy wears an indomitable spirit of ownership and accountability. Her expertise lies in making sure that our train runs like clockwork - on time and with absolute accuracy.

She is a closer finisher and precision is her biggest strength. She drives the carriage of Jasmine’s Playadiem across various stations like clients’ service, accounts, operations, business development and strategy.

She wears many hats with perfect ease and manages them meticulously.

Christina Fernandes

Accounts Manager

Christina is a passionate accounting professional. A math lover at heart, she finds a great thrill in the game of numbers, and a deep satisfaction in seeing the accounts reconciled.

With her master’s in commerce and seven years of experience in the accounting industry, she makes sure that the account books of Jasmine’s Playadiem are accurate and well-kept.

She believes that being an accountant means being organized, logical, and rational. For her, each day is new and exciting with accounts!

Rakesh Kumar

Learning Support

Rakesh is a hardworking, honest all -rounder who plays the role of a learning support for all our workshops.

He plays multiple roles from administrative tasks, photography, social media along with travelling across for workshops and making sure everything happens seamlessly.

His ability to multitask and do a plethora of roles and responsibilities with seamless ease makes him special and a real asset.

Aubery Nazareth

MCLC, PCC Senior Consultant

Aubrey Nazareth is a Master Certified Leadership Coach (Coach for Life, USA), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coach Federation and has a Master’s in Integral Counselling Psychology under the dictum of IFCU Paris (MPh - ICP).

As a trained psychologist and OD Consultant Aubrey loves to integrate his deep understanding of human development and requirements for personal mastery with business requirements and key psychological drivers of results.

Clients he has coached include Pricewaterhouse Coopers Pvt Ltd, Mercedes, Larsen & Tubro, Ultratech Cement Ltd, Birla Sunlife Insurance, Aditya Birla Retail, and the like.

Ramnath Dixit

Consultant

Ramnath Dixit is a behavioural and soft skills facilitator with over 15 years of experience. He helps organizations overcome people and business-related challenges through customized training interventions.

His expertise lies in conducting workshops on effective communication, team building, strategy, grooming etiquette, selling skills, service excellence, time management, motivation and faculty development programs.

Ramnath is a visiting faculty to many reputed institutions and has conducted public speaking seminars on motivation and management.

Shruti Pakrasi

Senior Consultant - Design

Shruti is an instructional designer, psychometrician, counselling and organizational psychologist. Shruti comes with a total of 10 years of work experience in the field of corporate training.

She has a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from SNDT University, Pune and an M.Sc. in Organizational Psychology from The University of London. She is also certified by the Franklin Covey Institute in the Habits of Highly Effective People.

She tries to bring positive changes in the lives of the people she coaches. She is a very positive and happy-spirited person.

Himanshu Shekar

Senior Consultant

Himanshu is a leadership facilitator & coach. He has worked in the corporate, primarily in sales and training in the insurance sector and has been a trainer for 16 years.

His ability to connect and easily understand the challenges of his participants stems from his experience of extensive work in the corporate. He is a constant learner.

His strength lies in the ability to make the participants see life and solutions in a new and innovative light.

Kalyani

Theatre Consultant

A graduate of the National School of Drama, she believes that theatre is a transforming process to help people evolve and collaborate. In the corporate sector, she has conducted theatre workshops on team building and communication skills.

She has worked in schools like Dhirubhai Ambani International School and conducted several workshops in the NGO sector. She has also directed a number of plays under the banner of Actor’s Cult, a theatre company she runs with her husband.

She has a passion for the outdoors and loves to spend her free time either reading or cooking.
