Background:

Our client was one of the metals flagship companies. A US$26 billion metals powerhouse, an industry leader in aluminium and copper.

Issue:

  • The finance team wasn’t able to work collaboratively.
  • The bonding and rapport among the internal stakeholders were missing.
  • There arose a need to change the culture within the finance team.

Our Intervention:

  • We ran a six-month-long workshop series integrated with one-on-one coaching sessions. The participants consisted of the top 20 finance professionals in the organisation.
  • The modalities used were one on one conversations, Lego SeriousPlay™, Psycho drama, Movement and Theatre.
