The Visioning Case Study

Background:

The organisation is a major player in the Real estate and Renting business.

Issue:

  • They wanted to create action points, towards achieving the organisation’s goal.
  • The competition is fierce in the realty sector, and the team felt the need to create a shared vision using each employee’s input.

Our Intervention:

  • We designed our sessions based on Lego. Participants were divided into teams.
  • Each team constructed their vision for the business for the following year, using the Lego model.
  • Once every team shared their vision, the facilitator posed deep questions. These questions were aimed at their understanding of the roadblocks, that hindered them from reaching their objectives.
  • They rebuilt the models, from the learnings about themselves and the team.
