The Visioning Case Study
Background:
The organisation is a major player in the Real estate and Renting business.
Issue:
- They wanted to create action points, towards achieving the organisation’s goal.
- The competition is fierce in the realty sector, and the team felt the need to create a shared vision using each employee’s input.
Our Intervention:
- We designed our sessions based on Lego. Participants were divided into teams.
- Each team constructed their vision for the business for the following year, using the Lego model.
- Once every team shared their vision, the facilitator posed deep questions. These questions were aimed at their understanding of the roadblocks, that hindered them from reaching their objectives.
- They rebuilt the models, from the learnings about themselves and the team.
